Service
The company’s conscious business strategy is to develop its service activities, aiming to preserve and extend its market share and to ensure the continuous communication between the user community and Mediso experts. One of the main objectives is to maintain the satisfaction of the more and more enlarging clientele.
Mediso is almost the only company, which provides service in Hungarian nuclear medicine departments. Furthermore the company undertakes servicing of equipment of earlier productions, as well as devices produced by other vendors (ADAC, Gamma).
Mediso provides a round-the-clock service for its partners. Mediso guarantees in Hungary that the serviced systems will have an equipment uptime of 98%.
